From our base in Sandton, we serve private clients, family offices, developers and institutional investors across Johannesburg's most sought-after addresses. Our work spans residential acquisition, commercial repositioning, investment structuring, interior transformation through Prestige Studio, and ongoing portfolio management.

Come From
Founded in Sandton
Prestige was established in Sandton with a single conviction: that South Africa's most consequential property decisions deserved an advisory standard that did not yet exist. The firm opened with a small, carefully chosen team and a mandate to serve — not to sell.
Capital Advisory Introduced
Recognising that acquisition and capital structuring were inseparable disciplines, Prestige formalised its capital advisory practice — bringing investment structuring, portfolio strategy and financing counsel under one roof for the first time.
Prestige Studio Launched
The launch of Prestige Studio marked a defining moment: the integration of interior architecture and design directly into the property advisory process. Studio was not conceived as a decorating service — it was conceived as a capital instrument.
