Prestige Property Group was founded on a simple but demanding premise: that South Africa's most significant property decisions deserved a level of service that simply did not exist in the market. From our base in Sandton, we serve private clients, family offices, developers and institutional investors across Johannesburg's most sought-after addresses. Our work spans four core disciplines: Advisory, Acquisition, Capital and Management — coordinated by a single team, accountable to a single standard.

Prestige Property Group Founded
Prestige Property Group was founded in Johannesburg on a conviction that South Africa's most significant property decisions deserved a level of service that simply did not exist in the market — one built around the client, not the commission.
Capital Introduced
Prestige expanded into bond origination and property finance, gaining access to most major bank panels and integrating capital into the wider property journey. This strengthened our ability to negotiate competitive interest rates, structure finance intelligently and support clients within the broader property ecosystem.
Advisory Introduced
Prestige Advisory was introduced to provide structured guidance across investment assessment, portfolio planning, acquisition strategy and execution — with a focus on assets that respond to real demand, perform sustainably and support long-term wealth creation.

She is currently completing her MBA through an international business school, deepening her command of global capital markets, organisational strategy and investment theory.
