Nomsa founded Prestige Property Group on a conviction that South African real estate deserved a different standard — one where discretion, strategic depth and genuine client partnership were not exceptions but the baseline.
Holding a background in Economics and Statistics, she brings an analytical rigour to property that is rare in the industry — understanding markets not just intuitively, but structurally. She is currently completing her MBA through an international business school, deepening her command of global capital markets, organisational strategy and investment theory.
Her leadership is defined by long-term thinking, institutional rigour and an unwavering commitment to outcomes that endure. She works closely with family offices, private investors and institutional clients navigating South Africa's most consequential property decisions.
Nomsa's approach is built on the belief that the best property decisions are made slowly, with full information and a trusted advisor who has no interest in the transaction beyond the client's outcome. That philosophy is the foundation on which Prestige was built.
